Acupuncture: the insertion of very fine, wire-like, sterile, single-use needles into specific points on the body. Intuitive Acupuncture provides the full range of acupuncture treatments including electroacupuncture and orthopedic acupuncture. 

Cupping during which glass or plastic cups are used to create suction on the skin, increasing blood flow to the targeted area and releasing muscular tension. 

Herbal Therapy uses formulas, tinctures, liniments, and pain patches composed of a variety of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs are prescribed according to each patient’s unique needs. The practice of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) is an integrated approach to health and wellbeing that brings balance between the body, mind/spirit, and the environment. 

Tuina/Acupressure soft tissue manipulation and bodywork are believed to be the oldest system of bodywork. It originated in ancient China and is one of the four main branches of traditional Chinese medicine. Tuina is similar to acupuncture but instead of needles, practitioners use their fingertips to apply gentle pressure to stimulate the energetic meridians and acupoints.

Gua Sha uses a metal or ceramic tool rubbed across the surface of the skin to free adhesions (layers of tissue that are fused together causing pain and dysfunction) and to increase blood flow. 

Moxibustion during which heat is applied to specific points on the body by burning the herb, mugwort(Artemisia vulgaris) close to the surface of the skin.
