First visit

Your first visit, start to finish.

From booking through your appointment — what to do, what to bring, and what to expect when you arrive. New here? You're in the right place. Have a specific question? Try the FAQ.

Step by step

From booking to your first treatment.

Five steps. About ten minutes of prep, then we take it from there.

Step 01

Book through the Jane App

Pick your service, practitioner, and time on our online scheduler. You'll create a secure patient portal where you can manage appointments and message our team — write down your username and password so you don't accidentally create a duplicate account.

Step 02

Complete your intake forms

All forms must be completed in the patient portal before your appointment. Filling them out ahead of time means we spend our session on care, not paperwork.

Step 03

Plan for 60–90 minutes in the office

Your first visit includes a comprehensive intake — we review your health history, current concerns, and goals — followed by your first treatment. Arrive a few minutes early to settle in.

Step 04

Dress for treatment

Wear loose, comfortable clothing so we can access the areas we need to treat. Please remove makeup and jewelry, and skip perfumes or scented lotions — practitioner allergies, plus we keep the space low-sensitivity for everyone.

Step 05

Your treatment plan

After intake, your practitioner builds a personalized plan — acupuncture, bodywork, or other supportive therapies, layered to your specific pattern. Sessions are designed to be both effective and deeply relaxing; many patients fall asleep on the table.

The care you'll receive

One visit, layered by design.

Whatever brings you in, your treatment draws on more than one tool — acupuncture at the foundation, with motor point work, functional medicine, and bodywork layered around your specific pattern.
