Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 2026
Intuitive Acupuncture (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information this website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. It applies to intuitive-acupuncture.com only.
Health information is handled separately. Booking, intake, and any health records are managed through our scheduling platform, Jane (janeapp.com), and in our clinical records — not on this website. Those are governed by our clinical privacy practices and applicable law, including HIPAA where it applies, and by the privacy documents you sign at your first visit. This policy covers only the marketing website.
Information we collect
Information you give us. If you use the contact form, we collect your name, email, phone number (if provided), and your message, so we can reply.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers collect basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, device, and pages visited. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it; Google may set cookies and process this data on our behalf.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiries, schedule and provide care, operate and improve the website, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
How it is shared
We share information only with service providers that help us run the practice and website — for example, our website host (Framer), Google Analytics, our email provider, and our scheduling platform (Jane) — and only as needed to provide those services, or when required by law.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and for Google Analytics. You can control or disable cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Your choices
You may contact us to ask what personal information we hold, request a correction, or request deletion. California residents have additional rights under the CCPA, including the right to know, delete, and opt out of any sale of personal information (we do not sell it).
Data retention
We keep contact-form messages only as long as needed to respond and for our records, then delete them.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy; the “last updated” date above will reflect any changes.
